Automotive Distributor/Dealership Solution - A.D.S module adds automotive dealership functionality to SAP Business One.

The module was developed especially to support the automotive dealership industry’s special needs and gives it a complete solution.

The module was developed based on Xioma’s rich knowledge in the area of automotive dealership combined with consulting assistance from experts and cooperation of automotive dealership agencies.

A.D.S is fully integrated with SAP Business One’s processes and user interface.

A.D.S module adds the following features to SAP Business One:

Job Card Management

• Tracking and management of labor and parts put in the service.
• Document activities such as phone calls, meetings, agreements, complaints, alternative vehicles, etc’.
• Access to customer card and vehicle card directly from the job card.
• Billing for each part or labor can be set to different authorities: a temporary customer, a permanent customer, a registered customer, the manufacturer or not to bill at all. A billing rate can be set between authorities.
• Management of quotations, deliveries, invoices, stock issues.
• Discount management.
• Sublet jobs.
• Alert is given if an active manufacturer’s campaign exists for the vehicle.
• Parts issue from warehouse to job card.
• Searching a job card can be done by status, dates, customers, vehicle, employee etc’.

• Vehicle details and dates management.
• Access to all job cards per vehicle.
• Access to all parts and labor invested in the vehicle.
• Tracking of relevant vehicle campaigns.
• Opening new job card from the vehicle card.

Parts and Labor Management

• Separation between parts which are stock managed and labor.
• Defining kits (Bills of materials) that can include both parts and labor.
• Possibility to work with standard working hours per problem rates.

Campaign Management

• Management of manufacturers’ campaigns.
• Separation between open campaigns and confidential ones.
• Vehicles in campaigns status report.
• Adding vehicles to campaign by criteria such as manufacturer, models, attributes etc’.

Claims Management

• Management of the process of billing the manufacturer warranted parts.
• Management of several kinds of claims: goodwill, regular claim, compensation claim, parts claim.
• Supports the export of the claim into file as required by manufacturer
