Time tracking

In order to manage project resources in “real time” and time tracking,  you need to obtain a report on the tasks performed by the project managers and partners.
Sciforma allows creating report on the task or individually level by each of the partners in the project, including detailed time tracking report.
Each of the partners can enter the timesheet, track and review how many hours / days were invested on the various tasks associated with various projects. In addition to continuing to provide work estimates, mark availability holidays, notes and synchronize with the calendar.
If needed, the system can interface with the existing time tracking and reports systems in the organization.
 Hybrid technology of Sciforma (Java 2EE & html 5 client) allows time tracking from any mobile Smart phones or Tablets to produce a situation where you can report at anytime from anywhere.
Team members update their work progress directly into Sciforma 6.0 in the course of the project. Sheets containing the timetables present all the assignments allocated to a specific team member in a number of projects. The team member feeds the actual and estimated number of hours left for each assignment.

The system prevents non-regular events by means of alerts and conditioned notices to users. The e-mail abilities include alerts and updates regarding projects, timetable follow-up, calendars, cost items, documents and other issues. Rich mails that can include text, project data content, images, and links that may be sent to user groups and individuals. When an e-mail alert is received, users can click Sciforma website address which will open the system and lead them directly to the relevant screen requiring attention.

Document Management

Follow-up of the history of loading and deleting document from the system. Users may create an unlimited number of fields to describe the document characteristics. Fields may be presented in the form that should be completed by users with suitable authorizations with the document being linked to a process chart and the access authorizations to it being directly linked to its status.

Critical Chain

A Critical Chain (also known as Theory of Constrains –TOC) methodology is essential for managing a large number of projects simultaneously. Critical Chain methodology can help you intelligently distribute your resources, budget and schedule defined for each project.

Portfolio projects management require shared resources and synchronization, creating dependencies between the different projects schedules. As a result, any disruption to the schedule of one project inevitably creates disruptions on other projects. Stage Gate

Phase Gate or Gate Phase is a horizontal methodology that is commonly used as project management tool. This methodology divides the project into stages or phases and each stage is separated by gates. These phases are performed one after the other according to a predefined order. Each phase has one main task and number of related activities and deliverables that need to done as a condition to continue to the next phase.
The Phase / Stage can also be used as project milestones.
Sage Gate methodology places great emphasis on collection and analysis of all project requirements before the project begins, and the main idea is that once you finish one phase movie to the next phase you do not go back to that phase.
